Who is SewTracker for?
SewTracker is designed for quilters who take custom orders -- whether you are a solo quilter working from home, a small quilting business, or a longarm quilter managing multiple clients. If you track quilt orders on paper, in spreadsheets, or in your head, SewTracker is built for you.
How do I sign up?
Click "Start Tracking Free" on the homepage to create your account. You will set up your business name, add your first product, and be ready to start tracking orders in just a few minutes. No credit card is required to get started.
Do I need to install any software?
No. SewTracker is entirely web-based. You can access it from any computer, tablet, or phone with a web browser. There is nothing to download or install.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. SewTracker offers a free 14-day trial so you can explore all the features before committing. No credit card is required to start your trial.

What can I track with SewTracker?
SewTracker lets you track customer orders from start to finish. You can manage order details, track status through each production stage, store customer information, define your products and pricing, generate invoices and build sheets, upload progress photos for each project, and share a customer-facing status page so your customers can follow along. You also get a reporting dashboard with revenue, turnaround time, and top customer insights.
Can I customize the products and services I offer?
Yes. You can define your own products with custom names, descriptions, and pricing. Whether you offer t-shirt quilts, memory quilts, longarm quilting services, or something else entirely, SewTracker adapts to how you run your business.
Can I generate invoices for my customers?
Yes. SewTracker can generate printable invoices for any order. Invoices include your business details, the customer information, order specifics, and pricing -- ready to print, save as a PDF, or email directly to your customer.
What is a build sheet?
A build sheet is a printable summary of an order's construction details. It is designed to sit next to your sewing machine so you have all the specs, notes, and instructions for a project at a glance while you work.
Does SewTracker work on my phone or tablet?
Yes. SewTracker is mobile-friendly and works in any modern web browser. You can check on orders, add new ones, or update statuses from your phone, tablet, or computer.
Can I add team members or additional users?
Yes. Business owners can enroll additional users to help manage orders. This is useful if you have helpers, an assistant, or a partner who needs access to your order system.
Can I import my existing data?
We offer migration services for $40 to help you bring your existing order data into SewTracker. Contact us to schedule a migration planning session.
SewTracker is $9.99 per month with all features included. You can also save with annual billing at $99.90 per year, which gives you 2 months free. There is only one plan, so you get everything with no feature gates or hidden tiers. Non-profit quilting organizations can get 50% off through our Community Quilters Program.
Is a credit card required to start the free trial?
No. You can start your free 14-day trial without entering any payment information. We want you to try SewTracker risk-free.
What happens when my free trial ends?
When your trial ends, you will be prompted to choose monthly or annual billing to continue using SewTracker. Your data is never deleted -- it will be waiting for you when you subscribe.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access through the end of your current billing period.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is $99.90 per year, which works out to $8.33 per month -- saving you the equivalent of 2 months compared to monthly billing.
What is the Community Quilters Program?
The Community Quilters Program gives non-profit quilting organizations 50% off SewTracker's annual plan -- just $49.95 per year instead of $99.90. It is our way of supporting the quilting groups that give back to their communities. Learn more about the program.
Who qualifies for the Community Quilters Program?
The program is open to non-profit quilting organizations such as Quilts of Valor chapters, Project Linus groups, quilt guild charity programs, faith-based quilting ministries, and similar community quilting groups. Qualification is based on an honor system -- simply check the box during signup.
How do I sign up for the Community Quilters Program?
Visit the Community Quilters page and click "Get Started." You can also check the non-profit organization box on the regular signup page. When you subscribe, you will automatically see the discounted annual plan at $49.95 per year.
Account & Billing
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Can I change my business name or email address?
Yes. You can update your business name and other account details from your profile settings within the dashboard. If you need to change your login email, please contact us for assistance.
How do I delete my account?
If you would like to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us through the contact page. We will process your request promptly.
What payment methods do you accept?
SewTracker accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. You can manage your subscription and update your payment method at any time from your account settings.
Data Privacy & Security
Is my data secure?
Yes. SewTracker uses secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transmission. Your passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We take security seriously and follow industry best practices to protect your information.
Do you share my data with third parties?
No. Your business data, customer information, and order details are yours. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. You can review our full privacy policy for more details.
Can I export my data?
We are working on data export features. In the meantime, if you need a copy of your data, contact us and we will be happy to help.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for a reasonable period after cancellation in case you decide to come back. If you want your data permanently deleted, simply contact us and we will take care of it.
