Why SewTracker Exists
SewTracker started the way most useful tools do: out of necessity. Managing a growing quilting business meant juggling customer details, order statuses, fabric notes, and deadlines across notebooks, spreadsheets, and text messages. Nothing was designed for how quilters actually work.
The quilting software that existed was either too complex, too expensive, or built for industries that had nothing to do with quilting. There was no simple quilt order management system that let a quilter enter an order, track it through production, and generate an invoice without fighting software that was never designed for the craft.
SewTracker was built to fix that. It is focused quilting business management software that does exactly what a quilter needs: manage orders from intake to delivery, keep customer information organized, and handle the business side of quilting so you can spend more time at the machine.
Wesley Hall
Wes is a quilter and a technologist. By day, he works in digital analytics leading teams of engineers in crafting solutions for some of the largest websites on the internet, and serving as a guest lecturer at Howard University, Lehman College and Georgia Tech. When he is not working with data, he is in his quilt studio creating custom quilts from meaningful clothing.
That combination of building reliable systems professionally and running a quilting business personally is what led to SewTracker. Wes understood both the technical requirements of good software and the real-world workflow of a quilter managing orders. SewTracker reflects that dual perspective: structured enough to keep your business organized, simple enough to use between projects.
